InterimLender.com is a niche lender created to support the U.S. Small Business Administration 504 Debenture Loan Program (“SBA 504”). More specifically, we supply the required short-term Interim Loans needed during the period of time between the original closing date and SBA Debenture funding date. Our expertise is in understanding the SBA 504 program and the steps needed to fully fund each loan. We are not a traditional lender, but rather a consulting and financial solutions firm whose sole focus is to make the transition from initial funding to permanent financing as seamless and carefree as possible.

Bolt Racing is an expression of our passion for life and an unending pursuit of excellence. Competing in off-road competitions throughout the California and Nevada deserts we provide partners, friends, and anyone interested in the racing lifestyle an opportunity to be part of a winning effort. Many of our sponsors have become involved by first using one of our other companies. We race 5 to 6 times each year and test several other times during the year.
