leadership of our President, Curtis Valenzuela. Throughout his professional experience, Mr. Valenzuela has focused
his efforts upon serving the business development community. During this time he has worked for Southern
California Cities as an Economic Development professional, managed a local certified development company
(CDC) branch office, originated loans for several national, regional, and community banks, founded and continues
to operate a small business focused law firm, acted as a designated SBA closing attorney in support of SBA 504
loan requests, and most recently founded a non-bank lender known as “Spectrum Commercial Lending”, which
continues to thrive today.
These activities were borne out of a commitment to excellence and a zest for life that merges professional and personal
